Daily interruptions, every hour on the hour. Tech support is a joke, once you get in to them. You cannot understand them. most use cue cards. They all deny ever hearing of a problem such as mine , however ,several friends are having the very same problems. Now they just put me on hold until I hang up. I would never recommend them. If your considering them, first check around (friends ,internet) for problems first.

I got this with Earthlink True Voice. I have a wireless cable modem and the service is really fast and really cheap! I'm only paying a little over $40 a month including tax and everything for both phone and Internet service which is great. I've only had it since the beginning of May but I've never had an interruption in my service. Earthlink's phone customer service is awful but the online people are really good.

The live chat customer service reps are horrible they tell you anything to get you off the net. And when I call customer service and tech support I always get someone that I don't understand. They are a horrible internet provider and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them and you don't get your monies worth.

Numerous times dealing with tech support and customer service and after nine months of paid service am still having intermittent problems. Customer service lies and tries to get out of contracts and tech support is a joke.

Helpful advice: never, never, ever order Earthlink internet service! After waiting 3 long weeks i find out the DSL service is not provided in my area(!!!) by my phone company wich is Bell South. Listen to this--I personally call Bell South and they tell me that DSL is AVAILABLE in MY AREA! I will let u make your own conclusions...
