Our company has been using Fonality for some time. We are a virtual company with over 20 employees that all work from home. Fonality's pricing model, call center capabilities and ease of use were strong selling points. The greatest benefit has been the increased communication with each other and clients

From our sales rep to the support staff this has been an easy and amazing experience. The salesman and support staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. The software is superb and the quality is incredible. We had a hiccup porting but a solution was found and all was well within an acceptable time frame. The other notable circumstance is that we are in a rural area in Nevada where I was told that a VOIP system would not work! Oh, how wrong they were!! Thanks Fonality.

We needed 22 voip lines and a pbx quickly. Fonality worked with us to set this up and provided a full featured, hosted pbx.

Our rep is phenomenal. He problem solves and helps us in any way he can. The actual service and occasionally the phones are unreliable.

With the growing need for a virtual office I enlisted through the recommendation of a friend the services of fonality. While this is my only experience with VOIP I can\'t imagine my life without it. Everything from the phone system to the customer service has been top notch.

From the sales person to the final training and implementation department, Fonality has truly been outstanding so far. Their system is by far the best on the market. We were a little hesitant and scared about the change but everything went surprisingly very smooth. We look forward to using the system now.
