RingCentral delivers a reliable fax service. Calls to customer service are rare, but when I do call, they're always polite and professional. I'm satisfied and impressed with their level of service.

Like everyone in business, we have to be mindful of where we spend our money. We started using RingCentral for our faxing service when we started our company. Five years later, I have no complaints. RingCentral has proven to be cost effective and their service is more reliable than anyone I've used in the past. Though we don't use their VOIP phone services, if the decision-makers in our firm want to change... I know who I'm calling!

As a Technical Recruiter (a.k.a.: Head-Hunter) my daily routine consists of using a keyboard that gives me access to the Internet, and a phone (that's also tied to the Internet). Without one of these two things, my day is pretty much at a standstill. Not good in the fast-paced world of recruiting. Recently, Chicago was the victim of some pretty severe weather. Thunderstorms and lightning to be exact. Unfortunately, the storms hit something causing the phones to go down. Specifically, my phone. Our business is heavily dependent on contacting employers and candidates via any means possible (excluding carrier pigeon). In other words: I NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE. While contacting RingCentral and explaining my unfortunate demise, I was connected to an Engineer that was not only extremely knowledgeable (technically), but also had a human side too (phenomenal customer service). After several attempts of rebooting and reprogramming, it was deemed that my phone was the unfortunate victim of the electrical storm, and would need to be replaced. The Engineer worked with me in getting the phone replaced (next day air) and instructed me to immediately call once the phone arrived. Even though the phone would come programmed to my specs (IP address, name, number, etc.), and all I needed to do was plug it into a VoIP line, he wanted to make sure everything was working and suggested to call. I received the phone the next day as promised (at no charge for the delivery), and called them. Within a matter of minutes I was back up and running at full speed. I would wholeheartedly recommend partnering with RingCentral, if and when, you're looking for an outstanding company that not only stands behind their products, but also goes above-and-beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customer(s) are completely satisfied.

I did not expect a feature that seemed to be something they should put in their literature. When we switched over we noticed the robocall hits dropped and we figured it has to do with the way the phone is answered. Now I will get a one ring hit and the call drops. I can tell from the missed call log that the calls are repeats and the caller ID is for robocalls. I love this feature the very best since it has limited greatly the number of times a day I have to be interrupted and hang up on those solicitors. I think the service is great and I love being able to walk away from my office and the calls follow me. Gives me great freedom.
