Best VoIP company around, period!

If you're looking for a company to leverage telephony costs and want reliable voip service, these guys are the winners. First of all, switching from landlined phones to VoIP phones can be pretty straightforward but if you have a medium sized business and multiple locations, you need a company that knows what they're doing! Porting numbers and making the VoIP switch is the smartest thing my company has done to date. It is saving us around $8,000 per month in business telephone lines. They're platform for managing the VoIP phones are second to none, and the features and reliability are top notch. Aside from being affordable, the amount of logistical nightmares my company has run into, these guys goto bat for you and your company. They stay on top of the porting deadlines and update you consistently. I've dealt with other companies in the past and never got the customer satisfaction that I have from SoundCurve. I highly recommend them to everyone and my company has never been happier. I got a raise just by using them to leverage our telephony needs!

Outstanding Service and Support

Our SoundCurve account rep has put a lot of time and care into helping us transition from RingCentral to SoundCurve. Whenever I have a question or concern I get an immediate response. SoundCurve's free IP phone offer, in addition to being a great deal, makes setup a breeze. We are now saving a ton of money over RingCentral. The sound quality with SoundCurve is also much better (the free phones actually sound great) and the latency is hugely improved over RingCentral. With RC we had about a half second audio delay, and with SoundCurve there is no detectable delay so far. SoundCurve also has pretty much every feature a small-to-medium sized business could need. SoundCurve is highly recommended both for quality of product and quality of customer service.

We were very new to VOIP and had all sorts of questions. The service we got from SoundCurve was phenomenal! They held our hand all the way. In terms of features, I think we've got more features than we know what to do with. Certainly more than we had before. I think they need a "for dummies" version of their manual for, um, dummies like me!
