The rep was amazing, absolutely incredible, and so thorough. We were using a different company who was not local, so having someone so knowledgeable like him come out, was necessary. All phones were set up and he even set up voicemail and just did the job and beyond. Can't say enough about this company!

Great Service

The installation of our new phones went like clockwork. Our installers were both great. They arrived on time, did our install and our phones weren't down but for a minute while he switched everything over. So far I'm happy as a clam!

I had the pleasure of working with the tech's at Spectrum VoIP and they were very pleasant and helpful. I am a bit old school and they were a tremendous help in training me on the phones. They extended their willingness to be of help anytime I needed them, both offered outstanding customer service.

The rep at SpectrumVoIP was very helpful and prompt! The commissioning was simple and any changes we needed, he handled very quickly. We are very pleased with the quality of the phone calls and the ease of use via the portal. Would recommend them if you're looking to update your current phone system.

Great Customer Service

We had an amazing customer service rep. Not only did they connect my phones but also fixed the microphone on my computer so I could effectively conduct my meeting without echoing from being logged in to two places at once. Amazing and I am truly happy with the customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service & Knowledge

Went from analog to VOIP for the 1st time and our reps were 10000% awesome! They made sure we understood the phones and the services provided. Every single time there was a small hiccup (user errors mostly), they provided an immediate response and things were fixed within micro minutes. Could not ask for a better team than these guys - who also helped with setting up a new law office in our 2nd office in Fort Lauderdale. I did not even have to be there they were so efficient. Glad to have them helping my team. Thanks guys!
