I've been very impressed with the technical support at Vonage. If I had any issues with our system, they were extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable in getting the issue resolved. Their tech support people could not have been any more helpful!

We have been using Vonage for 8 months now. Very reliable service, and clear call quality. Smart phone app lets me run my business from the road. Customer service is awesome. Definitely recommend you check it out.

I have Vonage at home, but didn't know how great it would be for the business. The Customer Service began one of the easiest moves this company has made. The quality, value and performance of the phones we received was beyond any of our expectations. Getting an email when not available, call forwarding, all the awesome features keep our team on top. Especially since we are not all in the same building, but can push an extension to call a co-worker - THANKS VONAGE!!!

Good company to work with, knowledgeable staff, but limited talk time minutes in general. The selection of Canadian phone numbers is not that good! Little expensive!

This company is very honest about what features they had. I'm very impressed with their customer service. However they are only $5 cheaper than my current phone company century link.

Sales rep was extremely patient with my questions and very helpful. Service was delivered as promised. One note though - after the first month my rate went up $4 with taxes they insisted in the sales calls would not apply.

Do Not Trust Vocalocity To Deliver

We Ported our phone number from their parent company - Vonage, unfortunately something went wrong. Now when some (not all) customer's call our number they get a message that "the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service". Needless to say this is a business killer. When we contacted Vocalocity with the problem they admitted there is a Porting issue and that we must contact our previous carrier which was Vonage, the company that owns Vocalocity to make sure they no longer have our phone number in there system. We explained to the Vocalocity people that this is something they must fix immediately, all they could say is we will check on it and get back to you. It has been a week now, the issue still exists and Vocalocity offered no refund, or even a call from some supervisor to apologize for ruining our business relations and sales. Our last conversation with their Customer Care Porting Department, was that we contact any and all phone carriers that we ever had phone service with to make sure they do not have our phone number in their system. Since we have had the business number for over sixteen (16) years that seems a bit extreme. If you get Vocalocity and notice that you receive fewer phone calls per day, run to another phone service.
